JOIN US ON AN

Epicurean Adventure

Ephemera’s tasting menu invites guests to embark on an epicurean journey through a multi-course format. The menu evolves continuously, offering return guests a new experience at each visit, living up to the ephemeral nature of the original pop-up dinners.

Our team encourages conversation, indulgence and experimentation throughout the meal. Reservations are required for the tasting menu & are offered from 4-10 pm

In contrast, Ephemera also offers a fully à la carte menu, stripping away the formality & allowing the guest to choose their own culinary adventure.

Think of this as punk rock fine dining.

Art At Ephemera

Ephemera showcases rotating Colorado-based artists.

We believe culinary arts and visual arts live together.

Our current artist on display is Noor Adwan July-August 2024

Noor is a Palestinian-American painter from Minneapolis. Her work is often centered around the reclamation of broken or abandoned objects: thrifted housewares, broken instruments, and shattered glass are just a handful of the surfaces upon which you may see her work. Her paintings celebrate natural abundance and beauty, inviting viewers to cherish with her the little things that make the outdoor world so enchanting: a troupe of bees pollinating a flower, perhaps, or the way sunlight reflects off a fruit-studded tree.

Begining August 25th. Ephemera Highlands is eager to share work by Annaliese Allen. Annaliese Allen was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Growing up in a multicultural home and spending the first decade of her life living in three states and five countries, Annaliese has a deep-rooted love of diverse culture and food. Although the beautiful foothills of Colorado Springs, Colorado have long been home, Annaliese seeks every opportunity to travel and learn from other cultures. Her work employs delicate hand-stitched teabags, wax, and wood.
